I'm a software engineer with a focus on front-end development who thrives on turning complex systems into clear, accessible, and user-friendly experiences. My technical strengths include React, Java, and Python, where I focus on streamlining processes and reducing cognitive load, ensuring technology empowers rather than overwhelms.
In May 2025, graduated with a professional Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I've previously interned as a software engineer at Intel, Target, and The J.M. Smucker Company. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, along with minors in Data Science and Chicano & Latino Studies from UW-Madison. Whether I'm learning a new language, making tea, or knitting a scarf, I’m drawn to processes that require patience, care, and attention to detail. I genuinely enjoy transforming individual pieces into coherent patterns, finding order in complexity, and shaping it into something both functional and elegant. These everyday routines mirror how I approach engineering: carefully layering details until they create intuitive, seamless experiences.
What excites me most is the chance to connect people and ideas. Through inclusive software, storytelling, and cultural exploration, I aim to bridge gaps and foster understanding across diverse communities.
